We have just witnessed the outstanding entrance of a new ECOSOC delegate! A parrot suddenly snuck in through the window of the library where the ECOSOC committee was being held. Was it looking for attention? For food? Or did it have something interesting to add to the ECOSOC discussion? Everyone turned away from their speeches and gathered around the parrot with amazement. It was quite a show!
